For this case, the client wanted a cool-toned blonde result with a soft, muted shine. The goal was not an overly bright or flat blonde, but a more refined color with gentle dimension, brighter highlight pieces, and subtle lowlights to give the hair a clearer shape.

This kind of cool blonde can make the face look softer and brighter, especially when the tones are balanced carefully around the overall hairstyle.
