What is the difference between Olaplex and K18?
Olaplex rebuilds broken disulfide bonds inside the cortex. K18 is a shorter bioactive peptide that re-forms keratin’s internal polypeptide chains in about four minutes. They target different parts of the hair structure and are often used together in a single appointment.
Is your Brazilian Keratin formaldehyde-free?
Yes — all keratin and Brazilian-keratin formulas we use are formaldehyde-free (ไร้ฟอร์มาลิน). We never use formaldehyde-releasing systems, regardless of price tier.
How often should I do a bond-repair treatment?
Clients who bleach regularly typically benefit from an Olaplex add-on at every colour appointment plus one stand-alone rescue every 3 months. Clients with non-lightened colour-treated hair can do a Hair Botox or protein treatment every 8–12 weeks. We build a realistic plan during consultation.
Do I need to bring my own Olaplex from home?
No. We stock genuine professional Olaplex No.1 and No.2 in-salon. If you would like to continue bond-repair at home we can recommend Olaplex No.3 take-home — but we will not upsell products you do not need.
